Hi Escapade Members,

We’re so excited to see you all! Tomorrow is load-in day, which means we have a few announcements and reminders for once you’re settled into the hotel.

Early registration will be from 7-9PM in the atrium. Fandom Pictionary will take place in Brewster’s Bar from 8-9PM, and Escapade Bedtime Stories will be in Hollywood/Westwood, also from 8-9PM.

From 9-10PM, for those who wish to pay their respects, we will be hosting a Leonard Nimoy wake in Hollywood/Westwood. Please join us in watching Dante’s Prayer and celebrating the life of this wonderful person who has been so central to fandom.
