Hello Escapade Members!

To secure a room at the negotiated Escapade rate, you must reserve by February 25.

If you haven’t already, please make your reservation today. If you have a reservation, but it’s not the perfect room for you (e.g. there were no double-queens available when you made your reservation), please contact our hotel representative Alma Lester <alma.lester@fourpointslax.com>. She will do her best to get you your perfect room.

Here are some details to keep in mind for your room request:

• The EAST tower has elevators closest to the convention space. If you want a shorter commute, ask for a room in the EAST tower. On check-in, let the front desk know you’re willing to wait to get a room in the EAST tower.


• The WEST tower is where the connecting rooms are located. Consider if you’re willing to trade distance for connecting rooms.

 

Getting to the Four Points at LAX 

From the airport:  The FREE LAX shuttle service runs 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, approximately every 20 minutes.  At the airport, once you have claimed your luggage, head outside and stand beneath the red sign and watch for the Four Points LAX shuttle.  More details & driving directions on the Escapade website.
